  • Dispatch of orders placed by electronic means;
  • Collecting the value of the products in the cash on delivery system, by bank transfer or by card payments;
  • Returns processing;
  • Resolving complaints;
  • Informing Customers/Buyers regarding the status of their Account including the validation, shipping and invoicing of Orders;
  • Resolving cancellations or problems of any nature relating to an Order or the Goods purchased;
  • Sending Newsletters and/or periodic alerts, using electronic mail (e-mail, SMS).
  • Market research, tracking and monitoring sales and customer/buyer behavior.

ESYHAIR.COM may provide the buyer's personal data to other partner companies, but only on the basis of a confidentiality commitment from them and only for the purposes mentioned above, by which it guarantees that this data is kept safe and that the provision of this personal information is made in accordance with the legislation in force, as follows: courier service providers, marketing service providers, payment/banking service providers, telemarketing or other services, provided by companies with which we can develop joint bidding programs on the market of our goods, insurers.

The buyer's personal information may also be provided to the General Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the courts and other authorized state bodies, based on and within the limits of legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.

ESYHAIR.COM retains customer information for the period in which their account is active, for any of the purposes mentioned above.

Where is the data collected:

The personal data of ESYHAIR.COM Users are stored in the mailchimp.com database, to which it has access, and ESYHAIR.COM .ro is hosted at Romarg SRL (romarg.ro), based on a web hosting contract, in its own database (for orders, invoicing, shipping orders, on the company's server) and in the database for sending newsletters and product information.

Data collection process:

By completing the data in the Account and/or Order creation form, the Buyer declares and accepts that his personal data be included in the unifashion.ro database and gives his express and unequivocal consent that all such personal data be stored, used and processed for the purposes provided above.

Data storage period:

ESYHAIR.COM is permitted to process data with your consent (Article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679).

User Data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above or for a maximum period of 60 months from the date of the last interaction with ESYHAIR.COM.

The data subjects are current Users whose data has already been collected and new Users, who order for the first time after the entry into force of the Regulation (May 25, 2018) or who subscribe to the newsletter or open an account on the ESYHAIR.COM website.
