According to the Romanian legislation in force, the renunciation of the purchase by unilateral denunciation of the contract is applicable only to consumers clients natural persons (Emergency Ordinance no 34 of June 4, 2014).
According to the Electronic Trade Law no. 365/2002, republished 2006, "the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract".
Before sending the return parcel, please make sure that it complies with the following conditions:
In case you want to return / change one or more products, it is necessary to announce us within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the parcel, by filling in the form on the site and you will receive additional instructions (we need to have your written agreement for return) the phone calls and messages are not taken into account in case of a return.
The product must reach our headquarters back within a maximum of 14 calendar days, except for the products in the "Stock liquidation" and/or "final discounts" section. In other words, the products in the section "Stock liquidation" and/or "final discounts" can be changed, do not return!
If you have originally benefited from free shipping, on orders over 399 lei and return the products, this offer is canceled and the 20 lei will be stopped, for the original transportation
CAREFUL! The products used (worn, washed, scented, hairdressers, with the missing label, not given by the product!) Do not change / return for hygiene reasons! In case you have not complied with these aspects, our team will make a report of finding and send the product / products back to the address provided in the order, with the payment of the transport 20 lei to you

Very important! Esy Hair does not take responsibility for any failures that occur in the painting process. We recommend that the painting of the products be done by a person with experience in the use of extensions. (mounting, painting, maintenance). The extensions are painted before being applied to their own suites! We recommend that you paint a single suite from the set first, after checking the condition of the suit you can paint the rest of the tables. We do not recommend painting the extensions after they have been applied.
The labels, the wig packaging should not be removed!
Our team will make a careful assessment of the products received from you.
To see the color and quality of the extensions it is enough to remove them from the transparent plastic and compare them to your hair.
In case the returned product is not in proper condition, it will be refused for hygiene reasons.
The conclusion of the sale-purchase contract takes place at the time of issuing the fiscal invoice (this document takes place of contract according to the Romanian legislation) and not when placing the order or at the email (or other means of communication) of the automatic confirmation of receipt of the order.
To send packages please use urgent courier we do not receive returns by post!
The packages with refund will not be accepted!
In a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return, the value of the products will be paid to the buyer by bank transfer in the account provided. Careful! The return expenses will be borne by the client. The restitution of the amount refers strictly to the value of the ordered products, not to the expenses related to the transport of the products.
