Return policy
According to the Romanian legislation in force, the withdrawal from the purchase by unilateral termination of the contract is applicable only to individual consumer clients (Emergency Ordinance no. 34 of June 4, 2014).
According to the electronic commerce law no. 365/2002, republished 2006, "The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract".
Before sending the return package, please make sure that it meets the following CONDITIONS:
If you wish to return/exchange one or more products, you must notify us within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the package, by completing the return form on the website. Phone calls and messages are not taken into account in the case of a return.
The product must be returned to our headquarters within a maximum of 14 calendar days, with the exception of products in the "Clearance Sale" and/or "Final Sale" sections. In other words, products in the "Clearance Sale" and/or "Final Sale" sections can be exchanged, DO NOT RETURN!
If you initially benefited from free shipping on orders over 499 lei and you return the products, this offer will be canceled and the 20 lei for the initial shipping will be stopped.
ATTENTION! Used products (worn, washed, perfumed, styled, with missing label, not attached to the product!) are not exchangeable/returnable for hygiene reasons! If you have not complied with these aspects, our team will make a report and send the product/products back to the address provided in the order, with a shipping fee of 20 lei to you.
Our team will carefully evaluate the products received from you.
To see the color and quality of the extensions, simply remove them from the transparent plastic and compare them to your own hair.
If the returned product is not in proper condition, it will be refused for hygiene reasons.
The conclusion of the sales-purchase contract takes place when the tax invoice is issued (this document takes the place of a contract according to Romanian law) and not when the order is placed or when the automatic confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email (or other means of communication).
We do not accept returns by mail!
Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted!
Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return, the value of the products will be paid to the buyer by Bank Transfer to the account provided. Attention! The return costs will be borne by the customer. The refund of the amount refers strictly to the value of the ordered products, not to the costs related to the transport of the products.
